A The factory setting can be obtained by contacting tech.support@airedale.com but if this has been changed by the user and the changed password is lost then an engineer will be required to make a chargeable visit. Contact service@airedale.com to arrange this.

Q What does pushbutton status on my IQ controller mean?

A This is the position that the green button is currently set at on the front of the control panel, each time the button is pressed the status changes from on to off. This can be disabled in the switches page.
