Booking Terms and Conditions

Booking will only be confirmed on receipt of payment.
It is recommended that payment is made at least one month in advance of the course in order to secure a place on that course. If the course is over subscribed, the first delegates to pay will secure priority booking.

Please note that, in exceptional circumstances, late bookings may be accepted up to the day before the start of the course if there are still vacancies on that course. In such instances, a faxed confirmation will be requested and the delegate must bring payment with them.

Although delegates are sent a list of recommended hotels, they are responsible for booking and paying the hotel direct.
