Airedale joins HP’s Data Centre Solution Builder Program
Leeds, UK, July 2, 2008 -

Airedale has become a Key Alliance Partner within the HP Data Centre Solution Builder (DCSB) Programme. The venture enables compatibility between Airedale data centre air conditioning equipment and HP Dynamic Smart Cooling and facilitates opportunities to develop energy efficient solutions for next generation data centres.
As a premium-recognised global manufacturer, Airedale plays a leading role in developing intelligent, energy efficient cooling systems for data centres. Later this year Airedale will be launching a new range of high technology, super efficient precision cooling products that will revolutionise Airedale’s product portfolio.
Driven by the need to reduce energy costs in power-hungry data centres, HP has introduced Dynamic Smart Cooling to actively manage the cooling environment by directing cooling energy where and when it is needed most. Airedale will provide intelligent airside systems, predominantly in chilled water versions, to support HP Dynamic Smart Cooling.
Says Airedale director of engineering Bill Coates: “We bring over thirty five years innovative precision cooling expertise to the HP DCSB Programme. We utilise all the best technology in designing and developing adaptive, intelligent systems and work with our customers to optimise cooling and reduce data centre energy costs.”
Jérôme Riboulon, HP EMEA DSC Sales Manager, says: “We are very proud that Airedale joins the HP DCSB Programme as a key Alliance Partner. Airedale’s technology is an ideal fit to the Dynamic Smart Cooling energy management system that is designed to reduce energy and power consumption.”
