Visit Airedale Stand C70 at Data Centre World, London Olympia and experience a world first; Dynamic Demand - Smart grid technology

Leeds, UK, December 21, 2011  -

Data Centre World

Airedale International Air Conditioning is exhibiting on stand C70 at Data Centre World (DCW), Olympia, London, 29 February and 1 March 2011.

Data Centre World is the UK’s largest dedicated data centre event. Data Centre World 2012 includes a full two day conference programme with 3 dedicated seminar theatres. Airedale will be presenting on day one of the conference, in the Infrastructure and Facilities Theatre, 3.15pm.

We will showcase a range of intelligent data centre cooling solutions and intuitive air conditioning controls at Data Centre World.

Launch of ACIS

We invite you to stand C70 to see how we can provide low energy, high density IT cooling – at the touch of a button.

Airedale will demonstrate how ACIS, Airedale Controls Integrated Systems, creates intuitive data centre cooling, maximising plant capability and minimising energy usage.

World first! Dynamic demand: A smart grid technology

As the largest UK chiller manufacturer, a pioneer in free-cooling technology and an industry leader in the development of rack level cooling, Airedale International Air Conditioning is committed to developing the most energy efficient precision air conditioning and chiller products on the market.

Now, we are going a step further and working in partnership with green energy company Rltec, to embed a new technology in their products, unique in the cooling industry, which will:

  • balance energy demand
  • contribute to the UK’s strict carbon reduction targets
  • generate risk-free revenue

Airedale presents:

‘A cooling technology that provides zero risk revenue streams to your data centre and helps meet environmental targets without any additional capital cost.’

George Hannah, Airedale product development director, will be delivering this seminar on Wednesday 29 February, 3.15pm, Infrastructure and Facilities Theatre.

During this session, George will introduce you to Smart Grid technology, a risk-free, carbonless alternative to fossil fuel power, which enables efficient cooling systems to subtly adjust their operation and respond to National Grid frequency, without endangering performance or reliability. By providing energy back to the Grid, your data centre can look to generate a risk free revenue stream.
