The Modine Manufacturing Company Charity Foundation was formed in 1995. Modine funds the Foundation primarily through contributions.
The Foundation provides support to charitable organizations serving the needs of Modine's World Headquarters and manufacturing plant communities, the Modine Scholars Program, selected institutions, and selected national, regional, or local groups.
