Modine Manufacturing Company issues all quotations for product and services and makes all sales and deliveries in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Sale that correspond to the specific division doing business, except where Supply Agreements have been otherwise negotiated. Customers should refer to the Terms and Conditions of Sale below that correspond to the division of Modine from which they are purchasing products or services:
