The four day programme, which took place at Time Plaza Hotel Dubai and Le Meridien Dubai, was attended by more than 40 professionals from Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, Lebanon & Jordan.

Designed to support field engineers and technicians working with Airedale equipment, the first day was a classroom discussion day and covered topics including; general installation considerations, requirements for installation and commissioning, and fault-finding techniques.

The next two days provided in depth practical training on specific precision cooling solutions and their controls. Best practice in building management system integration was also featured.

A separate commercial section of the programme, on the 24th November, provided a platform for sharing knowledge, with ‘open floor’ sessions, keeping the programme lively and inclusive.

Muhammad Afaq, Technical Engineer from Al Mazroui Advanced Technology LLC, commented:

“The ‘hands on training’ was very well conducted and informative. Following this, I am now confident I can solve the majority of the issues I face on site.”

Syed Nusrath, Sales Manager from Saudi Temco, further commented:

“The event was well managed and I appreciated the efforts by the Airedale team which confirmed their commitment in this region.”
