Employee news great strides being made
Date: 10th September 2013 | Posted by: Airedale Team | Posted in: Press release
As day four draws to a close we are pleased to report that we are making great strides in our return to normal operations.
We now have power to the cottages from where we are operating our temporary switchboard. Within a couple of days the entire ground floor of the factory will have electricity, with gas and IT cabling to be completed in a week. Our commissioning and service engineers continue to visit customer sites as planned and the controls division is fully operational. A number of alternative potential manufacturing / office sites have also been identified.
We continue to receive tremendous support from our customers and suppliers, and the Energy Event at the NEC Birmingham is generating significant leads for our service and controls teams.
We will be holding group sessions for all personnel this week to allow you to ask questions – please watch the website for more details. Airedale is proud to have so many loyal employees and, to support you at this time, we have set up a confidential telephone counseling facility. Your line manager will be able to give you more details.
Please continue to visit the website as we make progress. Thank you to you all for your dedication to Airedale and commitment to rebuilding the business.
