To achieve our aim of delivering high quality after sales support across our entire air conditioning product range, Airedale provides a technical support helpline operated by fully trained, highly experienced air conditioning and refrigeration engineers who are dedicated to answering customer queries for the lifetime of your equipment.
Our service desk is open from 09.00 to 16:00 Monday to Friday to assist you with all your technical enquiries. Alternatively, you can use our contact us form to email us details of the request or problem including the following types of information:
*A full description of the problem, including what action was in progress immediately prior to the problem occurring
*A description of the difficulties that the problem causes, including any error messages
