Career Progression

Airedale offers many opportunities for career progression that can take you from one department to another, or from a support role to a team leader role and even on to senior management should that be something you aspire to. We offer endless opportunities for training and development, both on the job and at our on-site training centre. Whatever your position, we encourage you to make a positive and meaningful impact on our business.

Airedale training programmes are offered to all employees, ranging from a comprehensive air conditioning and refrigeration induction right the way through to air conditioning design, installation and F gas. All our training is delivered in our state-of-the-art training school and covers theoretical and practical skills and can offer industry recognised qualifications. For non-engineering employees, we can offer relevant third party specialist subject to the requirements of the role.

Staff Retention

We are proud of our record of exceptional staff retention; recently recorded at 99.1%. Many employees have worked at Airedale for over 10, 20 and even 30 years, and we believe this is down to our honest and open approach. Here is what some of our employees have said about working with Airedale:
