Last week our team in the UAE held a technical training session for the After Sales Support teams of our Business Partners. The two-day practical controls training was held at the Time Grand Plaza Hotel in Dubai, and was attended by 23 people from various countries across the Middle East.

Craig George from Airedale’s UK headquarters went over for the event to take the role of lead trainer. The team offered hands-on training involving practical work on units alongside presentations, in order to provide participants with a deeper insight into controls and issues that they might come across on site. The training also offered participants the opportunity to network and get to know each other, enabling them to share best practices.

The team received a lot of positive feedback from participants. Mr. Nagarajan from Jersey, Qatar said, ‘The training was absolutely useful, these were very much the usual issues we face at site, so we are now able to face them with much more confidence. I thank the organizers and Airedale management.’ Mr Navdeep from Alkomed, Bahrain thanked the trainers for helping to refresh their understanding of the topics covered, and Mr. Giri Babu from Bahwan, Oman put forward a suggestion to conduct a commissioning training in a similar vein.
